Vista and backup failure
Good morning everyone. I just joined the community so this is my first post, and I am experiencing a problem with Vista so here goes...hopefully this is the place to do this.
I have a relatively new (one year) [COLOR=blue! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif][COLOR=blue! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Inspiron[/font][/font][/color][/color] Desktop with Vista. The problem is with "backup", manual and/or automatic. The system has never had a successful backup. It always fails and the error code is..."catatrophic failure" (0x8000FFFF). My PC is set on automatic monthly for a [COLOR=blue! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif][COLOR=blue! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]backup[/font][/font][/color][/color] and 100% of the time it is unsuccessful with the same error code (above). Can anyone help me?
