Windows Explorer

Hi, I have Windows Vista Ultimate, Service Pack 1. recently I have this problem when I close my computer, it says windows explorer has stopped working, and is restarting??. I have rebooted and still the problem remains??. I have done a system restore, and still it is there?.. It just happened all of a ssudden?.. can someone please tell me why this is happening??.. It is very annoying. I have 4GB Ram, Dell Inspiron 1525.
