Upgrading 64x

Is it possible to upgrade from Vista Home Premium 64x to Vista Ultimate 64x without doing a complete new install? My Ultimate is a full version as opposed to an upgrade disc. I finally have laptop customized to my liking and do not have the time necessary to start over again with a clean install, yet I want the bitlocker encryption offered in the Ultimate. Is there a way to upgrade using a full version Vista Ultimate DVD?

I do not see why it would not let you just upgrade then, just be sure you select "upgrade" in the installation and not a new installation.
