Help with blue screen??!!

Hi

Hope someone can help as Im having problems with vista performing a memory dump then restarting. The details in the problem/reporting menu are -

I understand BC code d1 is a driver issue? but I have checked all drivers and they are all up to date. I wonder if anyone can narrow it down to a specific driver?
If anyone needs a copy of the memdump then let me know.
