how can you restore "special" folders under users?

Hey,

I just accidently deleted my actual folders under my user file on my c drive so when i click my documents folder from the start bar, nothing is found. Is there anyway I can restore these folders to save documents in? ....I also click on the pictures file from the startup menu and its gone, to, so how can i restore these folders so i can save files back into them? Thanks!

If you have system restore enabled on your machine you can use it to roll back to a point in time prior to the day you deleted them.
