Accessing MS Exchange 2003 - Cabled vs. Wireless

I'm using Home Premium and need to access my MS Exchange Server 2003 to retrieve email. When I connect to my network using a patch cord, no problem. When I connect via wireless, everything network-wise works except I can't connect to Exchange. As soon as I plug the patch cord back in, I get prompted to login to Exchange.

What could possibly be the difference with trying to connect via wireless?

Additionally, when I go wireless, I can't access any network printers. Works fine when I connect via cable. Any ideas would be most appreciated. Thanks.
