Help!!! Windows Not Responding
Hello Everyone I am running on windows vista ultimate 32bit and I wonder if anyone can help me but i have experienced this problem before and am fed up of restoring the computer and installing windows vista again.

But when i close all the windows applications my windows explorer begins to say not responding and does not restart so i am able to do nothing but press Ctrl Alt and Delete and just log off as i have not task bar or icons.

I have scan with AVG and Spyware Terminator and nothing has come up can anyone help me in anyway

Help Would Be Much Appreciated.
