HELP!!!!!!! Trouble with "QUICK TIME"

Hello fellow Vista Heads
MY (OS) = "VISTA HOME PREMIUM 32 BIT"
Here is my problem,. The sound on my PC is fine. I have "Windows Media Player as my default. However when I'm on line say Youtube or a news clip I have NO SOUND! Whats up with that? I also keep getting a message saying "Quik time streaming could not be loaded because it has already been loaded". This is driving me nutz

Has anyone else ecountered this problem on the same OS? Please help if you can.
