Vista icons not showing on desktop..

Through no fault of my own all of my icons after a reboot fail to appear on desktop. I cannot for the life of me bring hem back. Any and all help would be greatly appreaciated..

Hi, you have probably tried this but its a start till we solved this problem, on your desktop, right click & move the mouse over to view, tick the show desktop icons tab to be on, if that doesn't work try this...

Go to system restore to a date previous to the problem and do a system resore
