windows explorer: default startup folder shared drive

hi there,
my windows explorer starts with a c-drive-folder - i'd like to switch it to a shared drive folder ("u" or \\berlin-file). i changed the parameters to "%SystemRoot%\Explorer.exe /root, \\berlin-file\", but that does not work. any ideas?
