Upgrading Dell XPS 630 to 64 bit

Hello all, great site with a ton of useful info. Anyways I have a dell XPS 630 with home premium 32 bit. I am upgrading my system (gpu,overclocking,ram) and would like to be able to utilize all 4 gigs of my ram! Will I have any problems just popping in an OEM 64 bit disc from newegg and installing? Thank you all in advance!
