unable to multi select files
I know many have posted this exact same question, and i promise you, i have gone through all the posts and responses, yet none of them worked for me. the one link that many said seemed to have worked is no longer working and i am at my wit's end because of this. it just started this morning. i am no longer able to multi select files from only ONE of my folders. all the other folders seem to work. i cannot ctrl+a nor can i multi select using the shift button and the 'select all' command from the menu options is gone, too. someone please help me!
