USB stick, File will not delete

I have a USB 4Gb memory stick. I have autorun off. When I plug in 'My Computer' shows 2 new drives, normally F: and G:
G: works normally like any other stick.
F: has an autorun.inf and runme.htm files and a folder containing HTTP files and images (advertisments). The autorun and runme files are read only and I cannot unlock them. I have tried safe mode, DOS, 'unlock' programme and delete on reboot.
I would like to use the whole memory stick for my files, preferably as one drive.
Can anyone help?

What I would do is: copy the files you wish to keep to your pc. Go to computer managment- Disk managment and delete the two partitions or format the usb drive.
