Scanner not showing up in Paint
I recently purchased a new XP Ultimate computer. I removed my Canon DR 2050 scanner from my old XP box and tried to install it. I installed the new Vista drivers from the Canon web site and installed the scanner.
The scanner works just fine with it's prepackaged scan software however will not show up as an available device in Paint or Windows scan/fax.
The device manager shows the device properly installed and ready.
I need for the scanner to show up in Paint for my Accounting softwate application.
How do I get the scanner to show in Paint?
