Run As Administrator Unsetting?
My VB6/MS Access program gets installed on many different Vista computers (I have no good way of knowing which version of Vista) in the Program Files\MyApp folder.
I have the end-user manually set the Desktop icons to Run As Administrator and the program runs fine for many users.
However, I have received calls from users with an issue that I know is related to the Run As Administrator setting. I ask them to check their icon's Run As Administrator setting and it is no longer set to Run As Administrator.
This has happened more than once with different users.
Is Vista known to somehow unset the Run As Administrator setting?
