Where is Product Identification Number when Vista Installation Fails?
I hope someone can make me look stupid here but...
I'm trying to get installation support for Windows Vista. The installation is failing. Microsoft support is asking for my Product Identification Number. They tell me it can be found in Windows Vista.
Um, if I can't install Windows Vista, how can I get into Vista to give them the PIN?
-Baffled and utterly disappointed with Microsoft support.
