Help with History deleting

How can I prevent my son from deleting the site history?
When he is on the [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]computer[/color][/color]
I come in afterwards to see what he is looking at and the history is deleted. Please Help.
Can deleted history be recovered?
I do not know much about computers,so I hope someone can help.

You can do this by activating Parental Controls. Follow the instructions in this Tutorial (and its related links): Parental Controls - Time Limits - Vista Forums
The option you need enabled is Activity Reporting.
