No Internet Connection

I have been able to connect to the internet wirelessy at work and home recently without a problem on my laptop. Now I cannot connect at home, although the router signal is excellent. The cabled PC using the same router works without a problem. In fact I am using it at this very moment! The Diagnostics says:

Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server (212.76.224.172)

And I don't know where to go from there? Any help out there?

Does the internet on the laptop work when it's plugged into that router directly?
