Vista Restart Problems and More
Hello,
My Dell PC running on Vista will not restart. The computer will freeze during the Microsoft load screen with the bar at the bottom, and it will blue screen and restart and ask if I want to run the diagnostics test. Along with not restarting my computer fails at downloading most of the updates from Vista. These problems have been persistent since around early May, when the first of these failed restarts happened, only that time I had to reinstall Vista because the computer was so messed that it couldn't manage to use system restore. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
