Bigfish bame installing
I am sending this in for my daughter
When I install Bigfish game "Mystery case files Amazon" on my new Vista computer I can play it ok if I click on "play it now" when it is finished installing.
My problem is that if I want to go back in and play it again I get an error message "unknown error" and it wont play. This happens when I click on the icon or go into programs and click on Mystery case files Amazon.
It has been installed on my XP computer, a friends Vista computer, My Dads XP computer and his Vista computer so it is not a disc problem.
My new computer is the same as my Dad's new computer except that his is a HP Pavalon and mine is a HP compaq.
What in my computer could be stopping this game from installing properly.
