Hi,

please can you do the following after trying Windows Update :

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type %windir%\windowsupdate.log, and then click OK.

and post the contents for the date shown,

please download AU Check from AU Check - Home and see if this helps.

If it doesnt then repost a full log for us so we will have more info to go on,
