Hi Lisa,
There are 2 main ways that you can do this. The first is to press the 'PrtScn/SysRq' key when the message appears. This copies whatever is on the screen to the clipboard. You can then open 'Paint', click on 'Edit' and select 'Paste' to reveal the screen. This can then be saved so that you can refer to it later. The other method is to use a camcorder (or, alternatively, a digital camera since most are also capable of recording sequences) and point it at your screen. Allow it to capture what is on your screen when the errors pop up. You can then review the recording afterwards.
