Problem caused by Realtek

Hi i am a new user of this forum and i have a problem with my window vista home premium. I have copy this thread from some one else who has the same problem in this forum so i just modified it.
Bluescreen during using my computer
Hi all,
i have a big problem with my Windows Vista home premiun.
Ever when i am surfing in the Internet and viewing some .avi files my system
crash with a bluescree like this ->


Problem caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver (RTLH86.SYS)

This problem was caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver
(RTLH86.SYS). This program was created by Realtek Semiconductor Corp..
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. does not currently have a solution for the
problem that you reported.
