Windows Mail
I notice sometimes when I am clicking something in Windows things change and I can never figure out how to change them back.

Such as my contacts went from z to a rather than a to z, today I lost my sent folder and can no longer find it.

Does anyone one know how to set the mail back to factory defaults for my views or how to make any changes on this.
