Remote assistance question

Is there a way to enable remote assitance to allow for remote connection with no authorization (like pcAnywhere)? We have a problem in which we need to remotely modify computers when they are not there. We cannot use RDC because the user session needs to remain intact and we need to work as the already logged in user.

I realize this is poor security but it is an evil corporate environment anyway.
