Greyed out padlock
Hi All Since Dell took remote control of my PC to try and solve a problem, I have reinstalled Vista Premium but I have a greyed out padlock on my taskbar that cannot be removed. It has a number 9 on it if I look carefully. If I click on it with either mouse button, nothing happens. Anyone know what it is and how to remove it?
