User Accounts Turning Itself Off

Hi,

I just bought a new Toshiba laptop with Vista Home Premium installed.

I have updated Windows Defender, installed Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and am running NOD32 Suite for security. I've got Automatic Updates turned on.

Yesterday, I started noticing a problem with the blocked programs at startup menu, which shows Windows User Accounts being disabled. I manually open it and turn it back on but within an hour or two it turns back off again.

I am working in a limited (non-Admin) account.

Anybody have any idea what is going on with this or how to fix it?
