turning narrator off?

can anyone help,ive tried to turn narrator off so many ways but i cant do it,its really annoying as it slows my computer when starting up

control panel ease of acces use computer without display and you will seeit there........... that bloody thing bugged me for 3 weeks

Have a look at this Tutorial from another forum that I use (I am a member of several) to see if that helps you. You will need to register in order to see images, but this is free.
