Vista problem BEX

Hi,

I have install ACDSee Pro 2 and it was orking well untill yesterday...
When I try to execute it, Vista return an error message saying that ACDSee Pro 2 Photo Manger have stop working.
In the same popup window have these informations:

I have even try to uninstall and reinstall it. I still have the problem....

Is there anyone who knows about this BEX probleme...

I have a search about it in the web, there is few hit, but every one seem to be confuse about it
