No print preview for size 24 x 36" in Windows Live Photo Gallery

I am trying to print plans from a disk I recieved from one of the companies I work with. Everything is fine, untill I get to the actual PRINTING part. There is no preview for the customized size I need. When I change the layout to 2 4x6" (or even paper size), the preview comes up no problem. What gives?

I really need to print these out, and don't know how to get around this.

Okay. Now I got the preview to come up, and to actually print the damn thing... But now when it prints out, all I get are lines. Rows and rows of lines. Anything? What the heck is going on??
