Windows Vista - Quattro Pro Runtime Error

I am having a problem opening Quattro Pro in Vista. It is the Office X3 Version I am using. When I try opening the program I get the message, "Runtime Error! Progam: C:\Program Files\Word Perfect Office X3\Programs\QPW.exe abnormal program termination. The only way I can get into Quattro Pro is if I am pulling an existing document off of a disk. Is this a Vista problem or some other problem. I have no problem running Word Perfect.
