is it posible to speed up windows mail in vista 32 bit.
verry slow to load.

You could just say the heck with it and use Windows Live Mail instead; I've found that loads much quicker for me. Although your mileage may vary. And I have yet to see if it stands the test of time (I mean, IE7 is still working too, and I figure it's only a matter of time before that stops right quick like all previous versions of IE tend to )

Couldn't agree more with BARRWALL .... go to windows live mail. I love it! Excellent spam catching as well. Note however that it save things MUCH differently in the "tree" than some other programs so if you back up your e-mail files be sure you have the right folders.
