run time error sending mail from msn mail

This is a new computer using vista home premium. My ISP is Qwest dsl with msn premium. Only had machine about 2 months. Now I get a run time error R6025 when I send an email, but not every time. The error says it is in Program files\msn\msn corefiles\msn.exe. I have talked to Qwest,msn, and Hp nobody knows how to fix this. We uninstalled reinstalled updated .net. On event viewer it says the faulting module in msn.exe is OLEACC.dll version 4.2.5406.0. I am wondering if I should uninstall that and reinstall or if I should update the Visual C++ 2005 program to 2008.

The email does get sent. It doesn't do this every time. It doesn't do this if I send from my lap top. It doesn't do this if I use hotmail or outlook. And it doesn't do this if I send from my wifes email address. Any one have any ideas?

I am new at this. I hope it the correct way to add info to my post. In the post I say that event viewer shows a faulting module OLEACC.DLL with the version. My question is would it be advisable to uninstall and reinstall OLEACC.DLL. Could it even help?
