PSPX Problem with Jpeg Optimizer
I am reposting this from another section (I am new so forgive if this not kosher). When I use Jpeg optimizer to reduce the total file size of a photo, then click ok in the save as window, I get an error message. It states "the file name specified is invalid". I have uninstalled updates 10.10 first, then 10.03, and 10.02, but none helped. I had no problems with my PSP8 disc. I have plenty of ram available. I have talked to several others who have no problems with PSPX, and I had a trial program where the optimizer worked fine. My hard copy will not work the optimizer at all. Anyone have a clue?
