Erasing/Jumping text when writing
Hi there,

I'm looking for any solution to a slight problem I am having with my laptop. Basically when i go to write long letters on rare occassions it wipes out all text and have to start over again.

I'm also getting my cursor jumping I have looked into the settings on my mouse and have got the tapping when typing off ticked and it still seems to jump every now and then.

If anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks

Matt

Hi Mate,

To get rid of this frustrating problem of jumping text use the steps below to get rid of it:-

1. Go to your control panel
2. Double click on Mouse and open up all the mouse options
3. You will find a Tapping tab at the top. Select that option
4. Then at the bottom there is a tick box for Tap off when typing. Click on that and apply changes and that should sort that problem.

Any other problems just ask...

What do you mean open up all the mouse options? I couldn't find the tapping tab, is this only on laptops?
