Need Relacement Vista Ultimate Install Disc
Now Have Been Able To Create A Double Screw Up -- Upgraded From Xp Ok -- Screwup Number One -- Sometime Later Severly Damaged Vista Disc During Travels -- All Was Well So No Problem -- Last Week Installed Program That Conflicted With Vista -- System Stalled -- Second Screwup -- Tried To Go Back To Preinstall Status Before Uninstalling Bad Software -- So Now Nothing Opens -- Not Safe Mode Etc Etc -- Nothing -- So How Do You Get A Replacement Install Disc Without Paying An Arm And Leg ??

Cant Find Microsoft Site That Doesnt Cost 60 Bucks To Just Say Hello -- How Does A Quasi Nerd Get Out Of This Mess ??

Thanks Weldon

Hi Weldon,

see this page ( Windows Vista Recovery Disc Download — The NeoSmart Files ) for a download for a Vista Rescue Disk.

Burn the iso file and restart your PC and go into Recovery Mode and see if you can save your PC,

regards

Steve
