Hi im just wondering if this can be done and how?

Im Irish and my girlfriend is Dutch. I use her Laptop. The things is, its in Dutch

Can i open another account and have the language in English, How do i change it too english?

So for example her account is Dutch. Switch user to my account and its in English.

Yes it will work ok.

You will need to have Vista Ultimate before you install Language Packs.
