Unblock a program help??

I kept getting a prompt to install new adobe flash.. i tried, and it wouldn't install.. so I got angry and blocked any install updates from adobe.. now I need to download it and I can't unblock it? Any help please?

Hi Amanda,

try and run Internet Explorer as Administrator by right clicking on the IE7 Icon and select "Run As Administrator".

Then go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash and click on Install Now button,
