When I connect to my new computer my external hard drive tells me that it is empty, however the properties show 20gb used! I have looked everywhere and cannot find an answer to the problem, any suggestions will be greatly apreciated. I have downloaded a recovery tool but all that recovered was a load of tosh I didn't understand, have I lost all my pictures and music or is there something I can do.
