Problem with Microsoft .NET Framework 2

Hi,

I have a problem

I am trying to install a program called AIKO 81D, to control my HSDPA modem. When the installation starts I got an error message that said "this program requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2 to run." Ok, so I tried to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2 and I got a message that said, "Microsoft .NET Framework 2 is already installed on your system...

My question is did anyone ever have this problem before? Or does any know how to check if Microsoft .NET Framework 2 is installed correctly and running or how to get my program to recognize that Microsoft .NET Framework 2 is installed?

Note: in the registry I see the following...

.../NDP/v1.1.4322
.../NDP/v2.0.50727
.../NDP/v3.0
