Run time error 429

I am continually receiving a 'run time error 429' Active X component can't create object message. I've already updated the Active X. Other details to the message include this path C:\PROGRA~1\SAAZOD\SetEncKey.exe. Any ideas how to keep this from popping up every couple minutes?
