After factory restore issues with admin privledges

About a week ago I woke up to a grey screen and my laptop told me it could not load windows. I tried to let it go through the fixes it wanted to do first but I couldn't get anything. I couldn't get it to start in safe mode either. I tried my newest and oldest restore points and then finally restored the computer to factory image.

While trouble shooting I forget which test I ran but the only thing out of ordinary was "system volume corrupt"

Now I'm having a lot of issues:
1) Some programs aren't installing correctly or running correctly/at all
2) Other programs I'm not able to un install (itunes, microsoft office) the system tells me only an administrator can preform this operation
3) I can not update the drivers, the update buttons are simply greyed out even though I know there are updates
4) I had trouble installing Itunes and Microsoft office to begin with
5) every 15 minutes or so the computer will find a new update and insist on the installation, once I install and reboot another one will be found within minutes. I've installed atleast 50 updates some will come one at a time others will come 18 at a time.

I believe there are some issues with my administrator privileges which are preventing me from install/un installing certain programs.

If anyone has any guidance please let me know. Also I'm not computer savy..I picked MechE over ComputerE for a reason. However even my CompE friends can't figure it out

Run chkdsk /f/r

After completion of chkdsk,

run sfc /scannow.

You can try in microsoft forums. This problem is not uncommon.
