I have Vista Business. I can only select background colors. I am unable to select Wallpapers. I have been the "easy access center' on control Panel and the Dscktop pictures is not turned off. I can select a wall paper in 'Personalized' but it does not take up. Can anyone help to restore Desktop wallpapers?
