HP 5610 - No scan option

I tried to resolve this with my 5610 all in one - scanner but really unsucessful. I installed driver updates from HP, Installed/reinstalled full version software, no luck. Ran diagnostic utility, these three came up with error, HP scan flow manager, Registry, and front panel. If any one of you knows the answer, please post it in here or reply to me at shahdvs@hotmail.com.
