Scanner not recognised
I have a Canon Lide60 scanner which works perfectly in standalone mode. However in Micrsoft Digital Image Pro when I try to import a picture from the scanner I get a message to the effect that I dont have a scanner and need to install one! I have looked everywhere for a reason why this is so without a result. I also have another photo editing program and the scanner works fine with that. Can anyone assist please
