Programs opening as title bar???
Lately, various programs open with a bit of their titlebar, and the symbols for minimize, maximize, and close only. When that happens, I have to drag the corner of the program or maximize it in order to view it. Any idea what might be causing this issue? It is not happening with a specific program only, but with various programs, so I cannot simply say in one program's properties about how it is opened. I suspect that it might be related to a lot of memory being in use, but I am not sure.
