Drivers Not Found

I recently purchased a Flip Video Slide SD which will not install on Windows Vista Business. When I plug in device, I keep getting error messages that drivers can't be found (even on line). I have no problem with this device on Windows XP or Windows 7. I've spent 4 hours talking with Microsoft Tech Support but they have not been able to resolve this issue. Can anyone help me with this?

assuming windows 7 and xp are running on different machines. ive had the same problems on vista home. driver not found but when updating im told the best drivers are already loaded. In my case i turned out to be the (Filth Factor) unpluging and reseating the pc's internal connections to the sd reader/slot on both ends-system bd and front panel. worth a shot maybe.
