CPU/Computer make a ringing sound

My computer make a ringing sound it happens at the oddest times. It happens most of the time when I go onto the internet. I am on a LAN line and dont have a modem connected to my computer.

I've done a virus scan in safe mode, clean the pc on the inside, check for any loose wires. My computer Temperature is normal, I have enough space on my hard drive and ram.

Sometimes it will ring and ring till my computer shuts down.

What can possibly be the cause ?

this is a different problem in your computer.i think u must reinstall(format) your window and get your computer rechecked for loos wire .
