Help! Vista Business 64bit will not install

Have downloaded from Eopen, licensed copy of Vista Business 64 bit, made (.iso format) installation DVD. Now cannot get it to do a clean install on Toshiba amd 64bit laptop.

Is there anyone on the forum that can help with install?
