CAC logon hangs at Welcome Screen
I am on a DoD network. I am using Vista Business 32. The system uses ActivClient 6.1 and Tumbleweed so I can logon with my CAC. When I log on with a username and password, it logs me right in. When I log on with my CAC, it hangs at the Welcome screen with the little blue spinning circle. It doesn't happen to all of our users. It is not specific to any model computer. We run on all Dell systems, laptops and desktops.
I have removed everything from Startup and that does not help. I have changed the Power Management on the Network card and that doesn't work either. It doesn't matter if you are an admin or not.
Any suggestions?
